Heat Transfer Label Film
The layers of Coverview's heat transfer label film are as follows:
Adhesive Label Release Film: This protective paper OR film layer is used to shield the adhesive side of the label film until it is ready for application.
Adhesive Layer: The adhesive layer is used to bond the film to the substrate. The adhesive can be activated by heat and pressure.
Silicone Coated Label Film: The silicone film is the main component, typically composed of PET and silicone.
Water-based PU Coating Layer: This layer contains the coated section used to produce the desired image or design on the film.
Protective Film Layer: This is a transparent protective film layer applied to the top of the film to guard it against damage and wear.
